Introducing Evelyn Delgadillo!

This gorgeous bride came to me right after she had gotten engaged and ask for me to be their wedding photographer. At first, I was a bit hesitant since she is family by marriage, and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to have fun and relax at their wedding or work it. A few months go by and I start to think to myself, why am I not the one capturing these moments for them? They are 1. people I have known for almost 7 years now, 2. so sweet and easy to work with, and 3. family! Why would I think I wouldn’t have fun shooting a family member’s wedding? So I called Evelyn back and said, “YES!” If they were still interested in having me, I would be honored to be there every step of the way with them! I am SO thankful they were still  interested in my services because it was the most amazing feeling, being able to be behind the scenes with my own new family and also because they trusted in me for my work. Evelyn and Esteban had a STUNNING wedding, which I will get to those photos later. So for now, I will show you Evelyn’s spectacular bridal portraits.

Enjoy!

Beautiful Katalyna turned one this summer! I have been blessed to be photographing this little angel since she was a newborn. She has grown so much and has loved to give me her best Heidi Klum face. She’s my only client who can keep a serious attitude as I am doing the silliest things ever and I truly love it! She’s a one of a kind little soul. We photographed her in a subtle cream lace romper with a custom floral crown momma helped put together. The boho teepee was made out of a handmade vintage lace quilt while draped with pink hydrangeas on top. Her cake was created by my best cake lady Tiffany who added fresh flowers to the naked cake. All in all Katalyna enjoyed turning one!

This beautiful family is expecting another little boy. When Alicia came to me with the idea of taking photos in her nursery I was in love with her concept. I knew her wearing our KKB Maternity gown would fit just right in the boys traveling themed room. Everything turned out beautiful and couldn’t wait any longer to share these with you!

I had the pleasure of photographing Cesar and Maegan’s wedding last month at the Ambassador in Brownsville, Tx. Everything was so well put together and the colors were out of a fairy tale book. The details on her dress were gorgeous and I couldn’t get enough of her long veil. Their guests had a blast during the reception especially since there was a delicious pig waiting for them inside. Did I mention the candy bar? Oh my, the videographer and I were drooling over those glazed donuts, haha. Everything was made with exquisite taste and wish we could do it all over again.

Congratulations again to the beautiful couple!

Introducing Miss Olivia Danielle!

This gorgeous family just welcomed their 2nd baby girl into the world. The Diaz family is overjoyed with her arrival. Older sister Sophia is in love with her baby sister and she sure can’t hide that big smile. I love when my clients come dressed in a basic white with denim to be able to allow the new baby to stand out in the family photos. It creates an ever lasting look which will never go out of style. Mother Rebecca chose a beautiful lilac color tone for her session with hints of yellow. Overall baby Olivia did amazing during her first photo shoot.

It’s finally here, Maternity Milk Bath’s!

I have seen these new styles of maternity session’s for a while online and have always wanted to try it, but was a bit nervous since working with water and flowers can be tricky. This past week I flew to Orlando, Florida to photograph the amazing wedding planner and good friend Joanna Bayliss. She is currently 37 weeks and will have Baby Bayliss any day now. We are all anxiously awaiting his arrival. For her milk bath maternity session we used peach and yellow rose petals, eucalyptus, and of course milk. We sprinkled them around the entire tub and it made for a beautiful setting. It was such a relaxing shoot and can’t wait to offer these to other expecting mothers very SOON!
