Brownsville Coalition and United Way with Food Bank
Hi everyone!
I have been volunteering on Friday’s with United Way of Southern Cameron County and Brownsville Wellness Coalition with distributing bags of food and boxes of fresh produce to the community of Brownsville. Volunteering for these organizations has been a really great outlet during this past month as we navigate life during a pandemic. It has shown me that there are many families still in much need in our areas and coming together as a team is one of the many opportunities we can give not only ourselves, but to those around us. Below you will see the hard working and dedicated volunteers. Rain or shine we get it done!
Friday, September 4th at Besteiro Middle School at 8:00 a.m.
Hot Texas day with some pretty amazing group!
Friday, September 11th at Brownsville Event Center at 8am.
This day was raining and that did not stop the volunteers from pushing forward!
