Yesterday was magical at The Wellness Club
I attended @wellnessclubtx in Brownsville, Texas for the first time. I was very happy to see so many familiar faces in the room and also pushed myself to making new friends.
What does Wellness even mean?
It is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving.
@kelly.a.tipton is an incredible mindset coach and taught us some extraordinary breathing techniques during her class. She also guided us with writing in our journals and giving us tips on how to express our inner self.
